In my life I have not experienced this. This will be my 7th complaint on Hello Peter in 2 Years. My 2 year contract with Virgin Mobile ended February 2013. No one contacted me for an upgrade. I contacted your Call Centre on 30 April to end my contract and I was told, I will be contacted back on Monday 6 May with information about the new S4. No one phoned me so I called the Call Centre and tried to end my contract. I was told that I cant do that now because Virgin Mobile is busy with upgrades and will phone me back at the latest 9 May which they did. After all this, for some stupid reason, I decided to stay at Virgin Mobile. I received a call on 27 May and I was promised to receive my phone Yesterday. I phoned 3 times... and guess what. I still did not receive my phone. I did get a call back just now telling me they will follow up. FOR WHAT? JUST END MY CONTRACT!!!
