Good morning, I had a contract with Auto page which expired in December, i phoned them on the 7th of January 2013 to cancel my contract as i was due for an upgrade i spoke to Happiness who informed me that my contract will be cancelled on the 28th of January 2013. On the 25th of January they debited from my account and on the 28th my contract was cancelled, in February i loaded airtime as i cancelled my contract. Now what surprised me is that on the 26th of February i received a message from my bank informing me of a debit order of R611.59 made by Auto page then i phoned them and spoke to Marlise who said my contract will be cancelled on the 28th of February because they had technical problems in January which i was not informed about and that they will pay me half of that amount she specifically said maybe R300 which is very confusing for me, I wonder what would have happened in March if i didn't call them. I'm really not satisfied with their service as i have been a good and loyal customer to them i need my the full amount that was debited i'm not involved in any of the issues they are raising, regards unsatisfied customer.
