Not the contract I agreed to???

Last year (December 2012) I decided that the contract I'm on was not working for me. I went into a cell c branch (cell C in Festival Mall) and spoke to a gentlemen to migrate me to another package (I wanted to be on a topup contract) and decided to migrate to a lower topup 200 for R200 per month. This was no problem. I was told that the phone I have (Samsung Galaxy Note Gt-N7000) should be added to the contract and this came to R179 per month.

Agreed. Signed. No Problems.

On the 28th of January I receive an sms from my bank to say that Cell C debited my account for R700.52. I phoned the Cell C branch in Festival Mall, 29th of Jan, to find out what is this for. This was not agreed. They told me that i needed to pay in advance. I needed to pay for the month of January and February. I didnt have a problem up to here. Again on the 28th of February another sms for an ammount of R875.75??
I went to the branch & returned the debit order. I spoke to a Wilson on the 1st of March to raise my concerns and stated that if Cell C switch off my phone I will cancel the contract. Carolien from Credit control phoned me to say the matter is closed. Its not. My phones off and I want to cancel.
