MTN debited an amount of R 984.79 from my bank account on 21-01-2013. Upon calling (808) the call centre to establish what the reason was for the high bill they could not assist and referred me to 1555. After I contacted 1555 they informed me that they cannot assist and that I should contact 809. After calling 809 they could still not assist me. All agents kept on mentioning that BIS does not include downloads. (That is all they could say) My question was then if I downloaded throughout the other months why am I only getting billed this month and the response was the same. While we were trying to resolve this query MTN deducted two amounts from my account R 1 108.68 and R 327.00 on 21-02-2013. We have been dealing with a very helpful Clint Job at MTN (One out of all the MTN staff that is helpful) however he was not able to assist me as this doesn't fall within his department. He advised us to send an email to [Email Removed] and to request them to send us the detailed URL reports for three months. I received a report for one month however I was billed for three months. (The report received was not even for the months requested)
This matter is still outstanding...
