Impossible to contact to have problem fixed

I switched with effect today from Vodacom to cell C.
People can't hear me, and my phone keeps breaking up.
It is not the hand set because it is a brand new Iphone 5, and it worked 100% yesterday with vodacom.
If I dial 084140 from landline, I am put on an eternal loop and can't speak to consultant.
If I dial 084140 from my cell phone the consultant, I choose the correct option 9 and get message
I am transferring you to consultant...
"Sorry system can't provide the service now".
