Today at 11h30 i called Cell c customer number 084140, as you all know your bad service i waited and was propmted to diffent options, i waited patiently when finally the consultant by the name of Mabatho attended to my call, i kept on saying hello to avoid being cut off, the next thing she was talking to somebody whiles i was holding and i suspect this name Mabatho is not her name because she greeted and took a while to mention her name as if she was reluctant to say something i was tempted to ask if she forgot her name.

she dropped the phone in my ears, my query was that i don't have access to emails, watsapp and the rest and when i dial 140 i get a message telling me that i need to rica, my question is how many times do i have to aRica, this is not the first time i had this, i did my Rica with mobi initially and later on had the same problem and i went to Alberton to Rica and now...
