I logged an issue on Hellopeter about MTN about 3 weeks ago, and got a standard message to say I must log a call (which I already think it terrible service)!
I logged the call (0050821), and they promised a response withing 96 working hours, this has passed, and still no response.
In the mean time, we are FORCED to pay for a service we are not able to use, because MTN is to useless to sort out the problem. Will we get a refund on the 3 accounts we have for the time that MTN is not able to provide any service to us!
