Waiting more than 30 days for ADSL service

We applied over a month ago for ADSL services. Telkom has no need to do any installation as all the cables, wall sockets etc are already installed in our house. Its a case of "SWITCHING US ON" and we are still waiting. I think it is wiser to cancel our order as we have not even started and we are already in trouble!! Really not on guys!!!
