No customer service

Good day, logged a call previously, but still not sorted out.
1. Bought shoes from Truworths Woodlands Pretoria 28 August 2012
2. During Nov 2012 one shoe's sole cracked
3. Logged a call on Truworths website 27/11/12 - no response
4. Logged a call on Truworths website 03/12/12 - no response
5. Phoned Truworths call centre 07/12/12 - no response
6. Logged a call on HelloPeter 11/12/12 - received phone call from Casse informing me I should take the shoes back, so that it could be sent to Truworths QC Dept to be assessed
7. Took shoes back on 12/12/12 - Lorraine @ Truworths Woodlands
8. Slip confirmed I should get feedback by 18/12/12 - nothing
9. HelloPeter feedback from Casse that I should take shoes back??
9. Went to Truwoths 02/01/13 - Lorraine cpould give me no response - said QC dept closed for holidays??
10. Added comment on HelloPeter 12/01/13 - no response
11. Logged call on Truworhts website 12/02/13 - no response
12. Wrote to Beeld tot U Diens 21/01/13 - awaiting response
13. Another complaint on HelloPeter 23/01/13
PLEASE can I get some assistance. What is a decent time in Truworths' books to give feedback to their customers?
