Hello Peter

I bought a phone by Foschin last year and it was insured. I lost the phone and reported it at Foschin with the relevant documents on the 28/ December/2013. I believe my claim was forwarded to the insurance company, but up to this day I have not received tangible feedback ever since. Every time i phone them they always have an excuse of some sort. And having said that, they have never phoned me... not even once to update me on what's going on with my claim. I am starting to wonder if my claim was even forwarded.
