I recently received this reply after multiple calls and a complaint on this website

Thank you for posting. Please accept our apologies for a delayed response and for any inconvenience caused by the lapse in service in one of our touch points.

We can confirm that your data line is due for an upgrade from the 29th of March 2013.

This was again incorrect as my phone was upgraded the afternoon of 21 February 2013!
So again, and this time from a complaints handler, i was given the wrong information.

I had to call the store as tho why my line was cut for no reason on the morning of 21 Feb, to which they advised it was as my line had already been upgraded and migrated..

So there we go... another up...
Stay tuned... i think before this moth is done there will be another...
I just hope they charge me correctly and dont up the billing next
