8ta fails again

8ta converted my normal sim to a data sim and now they cant reverse it without me going and getting a new sim from a branch. Had 8ta for 3 weeks all working fine until one day I couldn't pickup signal outside a 8ta area . which is limited. After a few calls, going through phone settings and useless call center agents just reading a script. I figured it out myself and was verified by 8ta.
Now I have to go and purchase and new sim and have my number ported again . takes 48hours.
No apology or free minutes or sim delivery. This isn't the only problem.
I can not send text to premium number i.e. 5 digit number. Have had the same experience with the call centre and useless phone settings.
