I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF NASHUA MOBILE

Nashua is obvously so arrogant it doesnt see the necessity of sorting out problems of long time clients.

1. Upgraded from MTN Anytime 500 to Cell C 200 and Blackberry to Samsung. Migrated my cell phone number. Took 14 days to sort and lost clients as phones went to voicemail.
2. Phone soft locked cos of RICA. Did they check wth me first? 4 days later sorted as did RICA years ago.
3. Phone soft locked again as had gone over my call limit. On checking had been put on Straight up 100 Cell C from 500 business!!! My signature had been forged on the contract papers so had no way of checking contract. As such I have no contract with Nashua. Is this?? CPA should be informed.
4. Cell phone continually soft locked as going over limit continually on Straight 100.
5. I have lost valuable clients and cost me time wise and petrol going to Nashua.
6. They have offered to upgrade me to Cell C 400. Supposed to be 1 July now 1 September.
7. My statement has increased from R617 a month to over R1000. I am not paying for mistakes made by Nashua
8. Not happy with Cell C. Want to return to MTN Anytime 500. Cell C phone calls are ridiculously expensive.
