Billed for 10Mbs link only getting 1Mbs

Please close my account at the end of March 2013 . Account number Eoo05, I will not be paying for a 10Mbs ADSL link if my account is not upgraded by tomorrow! I have now made 5 calls in the last 2 days to get this done, every time having to hold for 10 min to talk to a tech that can not help. And it is the best that all managers gets to go home before 4PM.
