What a waiste of time

I am highly upset and very unhappy with Nashua's's products. Send my phone in over 5 time come on 5 times what the this is unacceptable that i as a customer has to keep on sending a phone in for repairs. i am tired of this bad service that I'm receiving. Now again my phone gives the same problem AGAIN!!! this is not right i now need to give this phone in again and i hardly had the phone now its doing the same dam thing freezing then rebooting all over again. This is not how i imagine to have a phone that i would like to have at lease for a year without sending it in for repairs. I want a new phone or cancel my contract without any cost!!!
