Are all of MTN incompetant? Or does no human exist
As I write, I am on my 11th [no, no exageration] attempt to reach a prepaid consultant. So far, this is 20 min, and one of my shortest. Oh, I've been put through to the wrong language helpline 4 times too. None of those 15 attempts have been answered. I generally give up after 35 min.
Of course, I wouldn't be TRYING to talk to a consultant, if your auto-sim swap service was WORKING instead of 'bsy, try again later'ing FOR THREE DAYS
3 days and I still can't raise a human or get my number swapped! This is so pathetic it would be funny if you hadn't driven my last braincell insane already.
I want my NUMBER BACK... do I really have to go through this rigmerole to do something so very, very simple. I don't have a firstborn child to offer the soul of. For pities sake!
