I have been trying to surrender two policies. The system is so swamped in beaurocracy that in three weeks I have had no success. And they take the funds from my account, even though i have requested the policies be terminated. If I send an email I get the form reply saying I will get an answer in five working days. So every time any correspondence is entered into, it take 5 days for each member to reach its recipients. It's like the dark ages. And If I call any telephone number, a machine picks up and asks me questions I am unable to answer - and I get to stay on the phone and give up after 15 minutes of frustration. As much as I have tried, I cannot reach any human being working for Liberty Life - let alone one who will help me close these accounts. PLEASE. Will a human call me, and help me and provide me with an email address or a telephone number that they themselves will answer.
