Pathetic service from Vodacom. What's new?

I'm sick and tired of the service I've received from Vodacom. Pathetic and inconcederate and not willing to go an extra mile for you. I've booked my phone more then 4 times for repairs, getting repalcement units and till today, I've not had a phone that works properly. I book a phone in and have to wait more then 2 weeks to receive it back. I'm sitting here without a phone and mails which I rely on. i've requested for a loan unit but the store didn't even have an entry level phone to loan out to me.

Is this the kind of service we should be getting from Vodacom? I really wish to know.
