I am on Promo 10gig for 199 which is what is on invoice. I got one bundle this month for 149 which should equal 348. Yet this month I have got a bill of over R740. Exactly how did this transpire, I have looked through all my notifications sent on my panel, there has not been an "accidental" purchases and if the price of my monthly fee has increased. why have I not been informed. It's impossible it should be this high.

Previous month I have purchased numerous bundles which added to my fee and was definitely a mistake, This month there is definitely a mistake! I have only received ONE sms of a bundle purchase, This fee suggests i got over 4, this is definitely not my invoice then!
