Failure to pay Chronic Medication from Scheme

Claim for Chronic medication has been paid from my MSA and not by the Scheme. I called last week and complained Ref No. 2803845283, i was firstly told that this was not approved medication for my condition, however they have been paying for this generic medication for over a year. I was promised that the problem would be rectified in 3 working days, this however did not happen. I called once again to complain about this Ref No. 2811288417 and was told that the problem would be rectified today. However this has still not happened.

Why does one have to micromanage all queries, claims and requests to Discovery all the time, they should portray a professional image to their members and supply feedback and rectify queries promptly. They should also deliver on promises made.

Please rectify the above and advise.
