Discovery's mistake, Clients never ending nightmare

12 Weeks, not sorted out, after Discovery made a mistake???
My wife and I had our own separate Discovery medical plans, with vitality. We were both on Diamond status, and had achieved Gold for the year as well. We also use discovery credit card. We were on the highest rewards with everything.
We signed up for discovery life with both on the same vitality. This is a proses we were advised is easy, and no problem.
Then the Discovery Mistake: Both our vitality's were cancelled. Lost all vitality points, Gym membership, ster kinekor discount, Autopage cash back, EVERYTING. All our assessments we did in the year to reach Gold - Gone.
Contacted Discovery on 9 April, and received first feedback 10 April - "All will be sorted out in 10 days."
It is now 12 weeks later. Vitality points not restore, cash backs for the last 2 months not sorted out. Will lose diamond status at end of the year. To redo all the test is more than a R1000 this year alone. Almost lost virgin active membership for not exercising (I was not allowed in)
