THE PEOPLE AT VODACOM ARE REALLY STARTING TO ME OFF! THEY HAVE SOFT LOCKED MY PHONE FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A WEEK AND EVERY TIME I CALL TO HAVE IT SORTED OUT THEY TELL ME ITS BECAUSE MY CONTRACT IS IN ARREARS! IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO TELL THESE CALL CENTRE AGENTS THAT ITS IN ARREARS DUE TO AN ERROR ON VODACOMS SIDE! THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SINCE THE 19TH OF JANUARY AND I'VE HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH OF THEIR STUPIDITY! IM DONE BEING POLITE ABOUT THIS, IM READY TO START SCREAMING NOW! I WANT MY PHONE TO BE UNBLOCKED AND I WANT IT DONE NOW!! I REFUSE TO BE AT THE MERCY OF A BIG COMPANY WHO THINKS THEY CAN JUST DEBIT R7028.23 FROM MY ACCOUNT!
THIS IS PATHETIC!! HOW IS IT HUMANLY POSSIBLE FOR A PROBLEM TO TAKE THIS LONG TO BE FIXED! WHAT THE ARE THEY DOING ALL DAY BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY ARENT FIXING OUR PROBLEMS! I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR A R7028.23 BILL THAT IS INCORRECT DUE TO AN ERROR MADE BY THEM! I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS UTTER NONSENSE ANY LONGER! VODACOM YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR OUR MONEY! I DONT WANT THIS CONTRACT IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! COME FETCH YOUR PHONE CAUSE I DONT WANT IT! SIES
