A few months ago my Sony Experia S broke and I took it in for repairs. After that my speaker was still giving problems and they replaced my screen that is supposed to be scratched free with something that is not scratch free. I took it to Cresta Vodacom stating exactly what was wrong. After a long waiting period I went to fetch my phone 12/1/2014 and the screen still not fixed. I was furious for I need to travel far every time just to find out not much was done. I pay a lot for Insurance and all Vodacom can say is, Sorry not their problem. Vodacom now wants me to hand it in AGAIN after a third time and again I must sit without a phone for who knows how long, travel up and down giving out unnecessary money for people who didn't do their job in the first place. This needs to be sorted and I want to know why Vodacom didn't report the screen like I asked? Insurance doesn't want to replace my phone now I must travel around because of Vodacom not doing a proper job. Arent they suppose to double check whether problems was fixed? I phoned a few times to ask whether they can deliver my phone to a nearer Branch in our area and after a few attempts no one even bothered to let me know they can or can't
