Worst service eve

Iburst is pathetic! The speeds have been bad for the last year and getting worse by the day. al they give is excuses and blaming someone els. dont think they will ever answer your emails!!!they said buy the antenna i dit same speed in fact its getting slower .. now i have to pay a huge penalty for wanting to downgrade -- the speeds are so slow even if i run my computer 24 hours a day i wont be able to use all my data -- never once was i told that there will be a penalty for downgrading .. its always the same upgrade upgrade!!! if you ever consider joining iburst DONT!!! it would be cheaper to and faster to use mail pigeons! i have been downloading a 1 gig file now for 1 week now that is speed!!!
