UPON CALLING THE CALL CENTRE ON A FEW OCCASIONS THIS FEB, I GOT NO JOY FOR MY EFFORTS. I WAS TOLD BY THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS THAT I SHOULD GO ONTO THE [URL Removed] TO CONFIRM WHAT SORT OF COVERAGE I HAVE IN MY AREA.I DID AS I WAS TOLD.HENSE I DISCOVERED THAT I AM IN A STONG COVERAGE AREA. YET I SUFFER WITH POOR SPEEDS OF 4-6KB/SEC WHICH IS EXTREMELY SLOW.FOR A COMPANY LIKE IBURST I FEEL THAT IS TERRIBLE SERVICE.THESE SPEEDS ARE GOOD FOR THE STONE AGE. IF SOMEBODY CAN PLEASE ANSWER MY CRY I'LL BE MORE THAN GREATFULL.I NEED FASTER INTERNET.
