No Response to Query: Non Servicable Area & Signal

We have been iburst clients for approx 7 years. ibusrt never repsonds to faults logged on their website!
In Sept 2012 we renewed our iburst contract for another 2 years. In Mind October 2012 our signal dropped significantly to approx 60 to 90% down from 90 to 100% with download speeds only at 50kbps if we are lucky from 8:30 in the morning. Before that all is fine.
We cosntantly have to topup our package because of re-downloading crashed files! We enquired about it and were told that we do not fall in a serviceable area. With no other alternative for internet on the plots, we had no choice but to stick with iburst.
Dec 2013 we noticed a topup on our account for 3Gb. We logged a call on the website, with no response, so we posted a call on their FB page. Telvis eventually responded and sent me a blank mail to report our issue directly to him. We inquired about the topup purchase and about the signal! He told us that iburst offers a free antenna upon renewal, we never got such an offer and also that we had to opt for the desktop modem an not mobile as its more stable! He did respond to our topup query, but not about signal and hardware.no replies from emails relating to our issues!
