On 7 Feb I took my HTC One X back to MTN after the USB port and cable melted while charging the phone. Since then the only feedback I can get from MTN is that the phone is still with the supplier. I would like to know what they are doing with it and whether they are attempting to repair the device or replace it.
This is the second time I have had to complain about slow turn around times with MTN and HTC since I got this phone late last year. My initial handset was faulty and it also took weeks to get it replaced. Please can MTN put some pressure on their suppliers and provide useful feedback to its customers as well as accelerating this extremely slow and frustrating process.

I haven't mentioned the dealership in my complaint because I have not issue with them or there service.
