Nedbank Sundry Service Deductions - But No Service

I want to close my account with Nedbank, but first I want to understand exactly what all the service charges, sundry charges, self service banking charges etc. are that you have taken off my account. In two months you have managed to whittle away about R100... I also want to understand why you send repeated messages about an overdue R25 (yes you read correctly) when it is not even the end of the month yet. This balance is a result of all the "sundry charge" deductions you have made as I have not actually used my account with you in a few months. Unbelievable!
