I got a galaxy S 3 on Cell C contract 4weeks ago. On Wednesday the phone started malfunctioning. I took it to Cell C Clearwater and they adjusted setting. I then travelled to KZN and the same problem re- occurred after it worked for an hour or so. This morning I drove 2 hours to get to Cell C Pmb - Libertymall. They can't fix my phone, can't replace it! And don't have a loan phone while mine go for repairs! I am working at the coast for the next week and need a smart phone for emails etc. Unacceptable!! I am sitting in this shop till this problem gets sorted! I am waiting for your call head office!!
