I got myself a brand new Blackberry Q5, got home and charged the phone as indicated, once the phone was charged I started setting up thee phone and tansfering the data from my old Blackberry to the New Q5, as I then tried to operate the camera I got the error message that the camera could not be started, we then contacted cell C and told them about the problem, I was then informed that we should return the phone to be replaced, and as I work long hours I then told them I would do it as soon as I can but cannot garuantee it will be within 7 days, the agent said to me it will not be a problem. It is now 10days since I got the phone and when I returned it now they refuse to replace the phone saying that it needs to be sent for repairs and I feel it is not fair as I paid for a brand new phone and the fault is not mine. I will go to every news paper possible if this problem is not solved as I want a new phone in 100% working orde
