I have taken a contract out with Nashua and to date the contract is about to expire in December. For one Nashua does not advise you that any contract with Cell C is unworkable. The call centre even tells you that CELL C has over sold their service and cannot keep up therefore they need to upgrade their infrastructure. So between 7pm to 12pm Daily there is no signal. Nashua makes the problem yours by filling in a form and submitting it to cell c. Since then i still wait for cell C or Nashua to call me for a long awaiting update. I have a bb bold 9900, within 6 Months on the contract the screen would fade till it would get impossible to see anything on it. The battery would last for only 2 hours maximum. Phone would freeze and reboot losing everything. I eventually sent the phone in knowing that once the contract expires this will not be their issue no more. Phone goes in for repairs with the above noted. After 4weeks the phone comes back with we updated your software??? Like are you serious. I cannot go another month without a phone. I pay this account timelessly with no issues. All I want is a phone and network that works.
