No loyalty to longstanding clients

In Aug 2013 I contacted MTN Direct requesting a wireless internet service. I was very clear that I wanted a capped service and a fixed monthly payment of R476.70 was quoted which included my cell phone contract. I could not get a strong enough signal and with much frustration and wanting to cancell the contract Mtn eventually installed a booster in November! hen in Dec I found that just over R1500.00 was debited from my bank account. When I queried this I was told that I had an open contract and that at the time of my application there was not a capped option available! I immeditly lodged a dispute and requested that the audio taped conversation at the time of the application should be listened to. almost 1 month has gone by and after several calls I am stil waiting for a response from Kubera. This is unacceptable and I am wanting to cancell my almost 20yr relationship with Mtn!!
