MTN Upgrading / Downgrading without my permission

Firstly, Pretty Khanyile of MTN Direct upgraded me without my permission (071 878 6664), this issue was then fixed after a many calls to MTN Direct.

Then today, Pretty Khanyile, downgraded me without my permission (083 307 3505).

She moved me from MTN TopUp 200 to MTN TopUp 100, without my permission. I have only two months left of my MTN TopUp 200 contract (R319 x 2 = R638). Now MTN charges me R750 to make this change and R408 for the new package? How is this possible? I should only pay R319 on this account.

I expect this to fixed immediately, before the debit order goes of and that serious action is taken against Pretty Khanyile, for her malicous and fraudelent action.
