Debit order without consent

Hi

Going through a difficult period, my debit order was returned unpaid. This has happened on more than one occasion but regretfully is not much I can do until things get back on track. I do get it paid at the end of the day and am usually only a week or two late.

The thing that has got me is that they have tried to deduct money from my account a second time without my permission. They only have permission to deduct on a specified date.
They do usually contact me and we agree on a date and that is fine because I gave permission.
This did not happen this month and therefor they had no permission.

This is not your account to do with as you please.
You may stop my cover but you may not dig into my account at will.

The fact that your additional debit order has cost me another fee and is making things worse for me financially.

I have two questions:
Can a company that executes debit orders at will, be trusted?
Who gave you permission?
