Again and still no internet!!!

Again people Telkom has promise that they will install my internet on the 12th of July... still nothing!!! I have been waiting now sins the 9th of June when I applied for it and up to date no internet. This is very bad business and I am not happy at all!! I do not want to hear "Apologies! " again, I want action.
