Hello,

I have applied for an ADSL line and router with Mweb over the internet on the 4th of February 2013.

It is now the 22nd of February and still no internet at home.

I will be charged R1 000.00 at the end of this month (Not R249.00 as per there ad and also not within 15 minutes).

I have contacted them on numerous occasions, I have contacted Telkom on numerous occasions.

I am not an IT spesialist, but I feel this is irrelevant as I only need access to the email, and internet brousing on my phone.

If they can tell me what the problem is and what needs to be done to have it fixed and what the cost of all of this will be then at least we can get somewhere.

I need to have this resolved before the 25th of February.
