ACCUMULATED AIR TIME LOST

I was on Anytime 750 MTN contract. Over the 2 years the credit on this contract accumilated to R3500, because I do not use all the air time every month. I decided to to change to an Anytime 500 package. MTN decided to delete my credit from my account. I lost the R3500-00. Is it fair?

This is air time paid for, and I think this is unfair and that I am entitled to it. It is supposed to be tranferred to my new contract. Pathetic rule. This arrangement (rule) should be known to very person that consider moving to MTN.

All I ask is for the paid air time to be re-activated in the new contract.
