Unfair Airtime Lost

I would like to renew my contract (which I have for many years now) and even though I have decided to take a more expensive phone and hence a more expensive contract, I will apparently lose ALL my accumulated credit because I am changing from 200 min a month to 100 min a month. This is very unfair because I PAID for this credit. I think this policy needs to be reviewed
