Contract Change Not Effected

Sometime beginning of this year l went to MTN Morningside, Sandton to change my contract type. Due to unfortunate circumstances l am unable to maintain an open contract and hence l requested that my number be moved to a R350 top up package. I completed some forms and was advised that due to the timing of my request, the new contract would take effect on the 20th of February 2013. Come 20th, nothing has changed. I have called 808 etc and still noone can explain to me why my number is still on an open contract. I would appreciate some assistance as a paying customer who has never defaulted on any payment whatsoever. I am quite disappointed to be honest.
