DISGUSTED BY CELL C DIRECT

I applied for a speed stick from Cell C about 3 weeks ago and a few days after the application I got a call from one of the agents saying the application needed to be redone and I was fine with that. I was told that my order will reach me within 7 days and it's been three weeks and I still don't have the speed stick. A lady from Cell C called me earlier in the week to go through my details and she told me that I was receive my parcel by Friday. Today I decided to call Cell C direct just to confirm if I am still getting my parcel tomorrow only to be told that it is still being processed and I should call again Monday to check what is happening with it. I mean what the is this? I have two contracts with Cell C and none of them took a month to be processed. I am utterly disgusted with this and have ended up cancelling the order, I will just have to look elsewhere. Sies Cell C direct sies!!!
