Disgusting Service Cell C

I am disgusted with the so called "Service Cell c provides.
After having my phone delivered to me via couriers from Cell C direct the phones screen was cracked. So it was sent back. After 3 weeks of trying to get hold of someone in repairs and getting transferred or put on hold for ages and being cut off I was able to find out that their is a quote awaiting my approval for over R1000 to my expense! This is for them to cover or sort out. I am not paying for something that was not my fault.

I get put through to Cell C direct only to tell me i need to Call 084 167 1443. This number just rings and rings and no answer. The only way I have been able to contact anyone at Cell C is through Twitter or Online.
If this is not resolved before the end of this week I want to cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere.
