I have booked a cellphone on the 14-01-2013 to b? repaired. They said it will take 14 days. After this period i had to call Them as i dd not receive any communication to accept the quote for repairs. During the call i received a quote which i have i accepted. Since their service is pathetic i had to call them again on the 21-02-2013 only to b? told the cellphone has not been fixed. It must b? booked. This is pathetic get you act in order. The stupid person who answered the phone tells me that i have rejected a quot. What a
