I called the customer service on the 26th Jan 2013 to cancel my Data contract and was advised to send an email to [Email Removed] of which i did. On the 27th Jan 2013 i got CC'ed on an email that was being sent to Retention forwarding my email for cancellation request. No one called or sent me any communication until i sent another email, now including both email including Retention advising them that since no one is communicating with me regarding my request i cant be held responsible should the contract not be cancelled on the 19thFeb 2013 (Contract end date). On the 19th my contract was still active and i wondered what was happening as i expected to buy bundles as i asked to be changed to Prepaid, on the 20th in the morning also still the same. On the 21.02.2013 i called the call centre again and was assisted by Moeketsi, i was calling from another network and asked to be called back. In some few seconds he called me back and assisted me promptly and i so wish all consultants would be as helpful as he is then all customers would have smiley faces. Thanks Moeketsi, please keep up the good work. i also hope your HR promote you as you are doing a great job.
