Account cancelled - 6 months handed ove

I cancelled my subscription with virgin in June 2012 speaking to Karabo - Ref:46034835 she told me an amount of R506.15 was due (For what I do not know) so desperate to get rid of this pathetic place I paid the amount. I was also told that after the cancellation one payment will still be due for July 2012 which was paid R170.00. Thus lady in her terrible state neglected to send me my cancellation letter after numerous attempts.

Today (21/02/2013) yes 6 months later I receive a rude sms from Shapiro Shaik De fries and Associates stating that I have been handed over?

After numerous attempts and hours on the phone all I got was a lady refusing to give me her name and cutting the line without helping me.

Wow Virgin you are pathetic in so many words.
