Bad customer service

Will you please give me feedback on my blackberry 8520 that was booked in Telkom 8ita store in N1 city for repairs on the 25.01.2013.becouse m getting messages saying it's out of warranty and I need to pay R1461 while I bought my phone from you guys on the 23.03.2012 and it's not over warranty yet. According to the lady that was assisting me I'm supposed to get it back today it's over 20 days.i sent this email on the 18.02 after 3days of waiting for the feedback from them. But still waitng and no one cares to let me know what is going on
