BLACKBERRY UNDER WARRANTY NOT FIXED

I bought a Blackberry 8520 on 12/07/2012. January 2012 it gave me problems when I charged it. There is no power signal at all.

I took it to MTN Edgardale factory where the Blackberry's get repaired on the 25th Jan 2013. I left my phone and a called back after 4 hours and a lady by the name of Monica told me that they could not fix the phone because the MAIN VOLT was burn. So they manufacture the phone in such a way when you charge the main volt burns?? Whose FAULT IS THAT? The phone is under warranty and MTN cannot FIX it. The lady said that she will speak to her manager and get back to me which she didn't. I called her and she said that the manager by the name of Hilda Ramajan will call me... IM STILL WAITING... I think MTN must stop selling Blackberry's if they cannot fix it while it's still under WARRANTY
