Lackberry playbook not working and nobody helping

My blackberry playbook does not want to work at all i can leave it in the chager all day the light shows but nothing is chaging and i have been to 4 vodashops and everytime they sent me to someone els and can't help me and i am still paying my contract every month but for what a broken playbook that is not even older then a year have evey foned the blackberry head office not even that worked.and everytime i need to drive a far end the only near one is randfontein!
