I am utterly disgusted by the service that i have received from Ebucks. I purchased a playbook last year 2012 that had a faulty charging slot. I had evetually reported this and was advised that ebucks was aware that these playbooks had a charging problem. after many attempts the playbook was picked up, repaired and returned to me in February 2013. However the charging slot seemed to have gone faulty once again. i reported it again. After waiting weeks on end and numerous emails sent to ebucks i have been told that i need to pay for the repair. This is ridiculous and bad workmanship.have u no guarantee on shody workmanship that is carried out. Ebucks needs to start taking ownership for the problem and replace that playbook, repair it at no cost to me or please refund me my money. The customer service that i have received is totally shocking.
