I upgraded my contract in November 2012, but now when i want to claim for a lost phone i was told that i don't have insurance on a new package that i was upgraded on. I was on a business chat 400 before this upgrade and always had insurance and the agent who did this upgrade did not even inform me that the package I'm been upgraded on will not have insurance and would have a choice to keep it or not.

I have been in contact with the Retention department and i'm not getting any satisfactory assistance with my query.
I'm very disappointed in the way my query is been handled and i have been with Cell C for over yrs and has more than one contract with them.

I would like someone to attend to this as soon as possible as i currently don't have a phone and i'm always on the road and need to use emails as i also use a this phone for work
