Well, thankyou Siphiwe Masango at Telkom for your response on outstanding credit, but as you have given me no details how to contact you I can't!!
This is a new complaint but with relevance to previous 'upgrade' on my landline. This in fact has been a DOWNGRADE as on calling in technician to check on DSL line slowness was told that the Durban North exchange was moved further away from me, hence the now slow speed - so much for an upgrade!
I picked up my fone on llth February to find landline DEAD. Dsl line ok luckily. It has taken 8 days for a repair technician to come out to fix it. 4 SMS, s to Telkom later. This is just not good enough. but their poor chaps are so far behind with faults, and so short of qualified staff that they cannot keep up with faults. These chaps are working flat out and take the brunt of our complaints, which is not fair?
